Profile
Ito is Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), a Certified Information Privacy Professional and Manager with a Master of Laws in Internet Law and Policy (LLM). Ito has a unique mix of experience that embraces, IT, Quality Assurance, Data Protection Compliance and Organisational Change Management. She is a qualified Project Manager and a privacy expert with knowledge and application of Privacy laws across multiple jurisdictions. She possesses strong knowledge and experience of privacy related laws across various jurisdictions, including the UK and EU GDPR, CCPA, NDPR, PDPL and HIPAA.
Ito has been instrumental in determining solutions for process improvement, strategic planning and policy development. She possesses strong technical skills and extensive experience in the deployment of a variety of systems and procedures to meet business and regulatory compliance requirements.
Ito is the CEO of ALLNET Law. She works with a number of global establishments as an independent Data Protection Consultant, Group Data Protection Officer and EU Representative. She is an Independent Conformity Assessment Advisor for the Age Check Certification Scheme (ACCS), which is the first establishment to be accredited in the UK, to provide GDPR approved certification to businesses in scope of AADC.
She is a lecturer with over 20 years experience, an accredited Training Partner for the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and provides training on the IAPP’s Professional Privacy Certifications). Ito has the ability to provide interactive and result driven training sessions through hands-on and commercial practices. Ito is a highly sought out speaker and trainer, with experience of training senior executives of a number of Data Protection Supervisory Authorities globally.
